T&P Cell

From orientation and internships to project work, summer training, and final placements, the Training & Placement Cell (T&P Cell) has a significant impact on students’ professional development. Its main objective is to help students create successful careers and give them the confidence and tools they need to find fulfilling jobs. Additionally, the Cell organises and leads campus recruitment events, giving students lots of chances to interact with top organisations.

Important Duties of Doon Group’s T&P Cell

• Setting up summer training programs, internships, and industry visits
• Guiding students towards professional development and offering career counselling
• Getting in touch with large corporations on a regular basis to find placement chances
• Organising training courses that emphasise group discussions, interview preparation, professional skill development, and communication skills
• Creating connections with businesses that are sought for campus postings and organising corporate engagement events.

One of the main duties of the Cell is to maintain a robust Corporate-Institute link. The T&P Cell organises skill-building seminars, mock interviews, and pre-placement discussions to help students become ready for the working world.
