THEIR CONCEPTION
All the four colleges of Doon Group are Doon (P.G.) Paramedical College & Hospital (DPMC&H), Doon (P.G.) College of Agriculture Science & Technology (DCAST), Doon (P.G.) College of Agriculture and Allied Sciences (DCAAS) Doon Valley College of Education (DVCE) and ITI are dedicated to providing good education to the students. We have been serving in this education field for the last 24 years. We are preparing today’s youth so that they become successful tomorrow.
Doon Public Education Society Emerged in 1987 to convey the Vocational Education and Training. Since then, this education society has provided education, leadership, guidance, and training in the field of vocational education in the state of Uttarakhand. This society is running two ITI’s i.e., Doon Public Pvt. ITI, Dehradun and Ch. Charan Singh Memorial Pvt. ITI approved by NCVT, DGE & T, and Ministry of Labour, Government of India. The Doon (P.G.) Paramedical College & Hospital was established in 2000 and runs under Ch. Charan Singh Memorial Educational Society (1988) to provide medical assistance in the areas of Physiotherapy, Medical Laboratory Technology, and Medical Microbiology.
To realize our educational objectives, the college has expanded its offerings by launching innovative & multidisciplinary Master’s Degree Programs in the fields of Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. The Hon’ble Shri Ajit Singh ji, the Union Minister of Agriculture, inaugurated a new block on 25th December 2001 by namely Louis Pasteur in Doon (P.G) Paramedical College & Hospital.
In December 2002 a new block “Har Govind Khurana Bio-tech Block and a State Art Biotechnology laboratory was inaugurated 2002 by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of the H.N.B. Garhwal University. Subsequently, Master’s degree course programs in Biotechnology, Microbiology & Biochemistry were initiated to provide students with broad training & education in professional Science Courses.
The Doon (PG) College of Agriculture Science & Technology (DCAST)was established in 2000 under the Maharani Lakshmi Bai Memorial Educational Society(1988).DCAST offers graduate and undergraduate courses which include Agriculture, Forestry, Computer Application, Commerce, and Management. DCAST is one of the oldest and professional institutes in Uttrakhand. We are ranked one of the best institutes in the whole of Uttrakhand.
Doon (P.G) College of Agriculture & Allied Sciences (DCAAS) was established under Maharani Lakshmi Bai Memorial Educational Society in 2013. DCAAS is one of the leading Science & Agriculture institutes offering undergraduate & postgraduate programs in several streams of Agriculture, Horticulture, and Fisheries.
Doon Valley College of Education (DVCE) was founded in 2006 under the auspices of the Ch. Charan Singh Memorial Educational Society (NCTE) with the overarching aim of conducting academic activities that focus on education as both a domain of knowledge and a practical field. The institution is affiliated with H.N.B. Garhwal University, located in Srinagar Garhwal.
Doon Valley International School was established in the year 2015 and runs under Ch. Charan Singh Memorial Educational Society (1988).
