The Colleges are affiliated to the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar, Garhwal as per Uttarakhand Govt. Notification 2272/HRD/2001-3/2/2001 of June 2001 with the following sanctioned courses. The Garhwal University has been awarded B++ grading by NAAC wide their Letter No. NAAC/A&A/ outcome/ 2003/65/4, dated 21 March 2003. Recently, the H.N.B. Garhwal University got the status of Central University on the 19th of January, 2009. The Union Government of India has conferred this status in recognition of the institution’s contributions to the field of education for more than 35 years.
NOTE : Seat reservations will be implemented by the ruling of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the policies established by the State Government. The allocation of seats into different categories will adhere to the current directives issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India concerning professional courses, which stipulate that 50% of the seats will be designated as free seats, 35% as payment seats, and 15% as NRI/Management seats. The “Rule of Reservation” will be based on the Uttarakhand Government’s order. In case, seats remain vacant after the expiry of the date of admission, they will be reverted to the General Category, and the reverted candidate has no right to claim those seats.
